Welcome to The Body Dynamic! 

My name is Ryan Bennett.  I am a licensed and NCBTMB board-certified massage therapist and ACSM-CPT personal trainer located within the Eastern Maine Sports Academy complex in Veazie, Maine.  My passion is helping people return to their passions; whether you were sidelined by a workplace injury or just took one to many swings of the golf club last season and are having trouble finding your rhythm without pain this season.  I am at my office 4 full days a week 7a-7p, and try my best to help my clients out as quickly and effectively as possible in as few sessions as possible.  Feel free to contact my via phone, text, through this website or via email any time during the day or night, and I'll contact you as soon as I can.
